Safety Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of field technicians, ensuring efficiency, safety, and skill development
• Organize and optimize intervention schedules for maximum responsiveness
• Define and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) for technicians and contractors
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for EV chargers
• Monitor charging station performance and diagnose anomalies remotely or on-site
• Manage hub profitability (P&L) and implement actions to increase usage and ROI
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation tools
• Gather user feedback to guide product and service improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical, industrial, or operational environment
• Experience in field management or leading technical teams
• Knowledge of electrical equipment, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Strong leadership, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
• Business acumen and understanding of profitability levers
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
