About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage complex safety cases including discrimination, personal threats, and domestic violence
- Interact with community members via livechat, social platforms, messaging, and phone
- Resolve customer issues following workflows and management guidelines
- Recognize and assess threatening or risky behaviors
- Document best practices and provide functional expertise to less experienced team members
- Handle high volumes of cases while maintaining quality and resolution standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, mediation, emergency services, or Trust & Safety
- Experience operating in a contact center environment
- Proficiency in both English and Korean
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments involving sensitive or traumatic content
- Basic computer literacy including Mac OS and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality experience, particularly with technology platforms
