Safety Response Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a regional team of Safety Response Analysts to ensure high performance and consistent decision quality
• Own regional operational outcomes including utilization, SLA adherence, backlog health, and quality benchmarks
• Handle and oversee complex, high-risk cases as the first line of escalation and incident lead
• Contribute directly to frontline work including investigations, enforcement decisions, and regulatory escalations
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Policy, Legal, and Investigations teams to execute safety outcomes
• Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, tools, automation, and escalation paths
• Identify emerging risks and translate frontline insights into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud, Annotation, or platform integrity
• 4+ years of people leadership or senior-level operational ownership
• Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous, high-risk environments
• Excellent communication skills for writing escalation narratives and briefing stakeholders
• Ability to translate frontline operations into structured insights for strategic stakeholders
• Deep familiarity with content moderation, user safety, fraud, or developer risk frameworks
• Proficiency using data and tooling to improve quality and efficiency
• Ability to work in a 24/7, high-pressure operational environment including rotating shifts
