Safety Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative aspects of the Safety team, including employee information, timekeeping, and onboarding coordination
• Manage the Safety Director’s calendar and the departmental events calendar
• Handle purchasing and vendor management, including billing inquiries and submitting purchase orders and invoices
• Support operations by managing building access data, key/access code management, and emergency response call lists
• Assist with training coordination and the administration of incident reporting and work order systems
• Act as a departmental HR liaison and coordinate meetings and conferences

Requirements

• High School diploma or Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of related professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Strong scheduling, calendar management, and project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment
