Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish site safety management plans and develop safety procedures for specific tasks
• Draft safety management plans prior to the commencement of construction
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and eliminate hazardous factors at the project site
• Implement immediate corrective actions upon discovery of safety risks
• Facilitate regular safety training and education for workers to ensure a secure environment
• Investigate the causes of accidents and establish measures to prevent recurrence
• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and construction safety standards
• Manage safety-related documentation, including inspection logs and training records

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience in safety management
• Ability to work onsite at the Ichon Leel remodeling construction site

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction Safety Engineer certification
• Industrial Safety Engineer (or Industrial Engineer) certification
