Safety Health Wellbeing Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Safety, Health and Wellbeing support across multiple operational sites
• Partner with site teams to embed safety practices into daily activities and strengthen safety culture
• Analyse safety data to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Plan and deliver SHW campaigns to drive engagement and behavioural change
• Coordinate risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and committee meetings
• Support sites in audit preparation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor safety reporting, investigations, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in a Safety, Health & Wellbeing role within transport, warehousing, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment, and hazard mitigation practices
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites and stakeholders
• Capability to analyse safety data and drive effective corrective actions
• Strong focus on site engagement, coaching, and influencing safe behaviours

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
