Safety Experience Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all associates and visitors at the Global Home Office
• Direct visitors and control access at all entry points
• Monitor CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems
• Patrol and secure areas both inside and outside the facilities
• Write incident and accident reports regarding campus issues
• Administer first aid when necessary
• Restrict inbound and outbound truck access at Distribution Centers
• Identify and address safety concerns promptly

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license
• Ability to respond quickly on foot to various locations throughout the facility
• Ability to monitor CCTV and computer screens
• Successful completion of a criminal background investigation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience or education in a security-related field
