Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for safety culture, expectations, and performance
• Develop and lead safety professionals and project safety leadership teams
• Partner with operations and executive leadership to align safety with project planning and business objectives
• Influence safety in design and preconstruction to mitigate high-risk energy exposures
• Oversee major incident response, trends, and organizational learning
• Provide guidance on complex and high-risk operations such as crane & rigging and energy isolation/LOTO
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory stakeholders
• Identify and drive continuous improvement through data and field feedback

Requirements

• OSHA 500 certification required
• Extensive leadership experience in construction safety
• Demonstrated experience integrating safety into planning, design, and high-risk construction activities
• Strong ability to influence teams and drive organizational alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• BCSP CSP or equivalent senior safety certification
