Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Administer compliance with the safety program and lead accident prevention efforts
• Conduct site inspections of project work areas and equipment
• Develop, organize, and implement safety related programs
• Assist in accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective measures
• Perform and document jobsite inspections and audits focusing on hazard recognition
• Coordinate and conduct safety meetings and training programs
• Participate in regulatory agency inspections and investigations

Requirements

• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Associates/Bachelor's degree OR active BCSP or CSHO certification
• 5 years of safety experience
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb multiple flights of stairs
