Safety Coordinator (CSP/CSE)

Responsibilities

• Act as Safety Coordinator during the Design phase (CSP) and/or Execution phase (CSE) according to D.Lgs. 81/2008
• Draft, update, and maintain safety documentation including PSC, Work File, and cost estimates
• Coordinate companies and self-employed workers on-site to manage interferences and safety procedures
• Conduct periodic site inspections and draft coordination minutes and safety reports
• Organize and lead coordination meetings with companies and Works Management
• Report non-compliance or risk situations to the Client and Works Manager, proposing corrective actions

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent technical qualification
• Professional qualification as a Safety Coordinator (CSP/CSE) per art. 98 D.Lgs. 81/2008
• At least 4 years of documented experience as a Safety Coordinator in temporary or mobile construction sites
• Solid mastery of D.Lgs. 81/2008, specifically Title IV
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety documentation software
• Fluent Italian and ability to communicate in English
• Must reside in Varese, the Province of Varese, or Milan
