About the role

Responsibilities

  • Audit safety and quality data in IFS including JHAs, job tickets, and job observations
  • Review maintenance records for alignment with safety and operational protocols
  • Identify trends, coaching moments, and training opportunities through monthly data reviews
  • Ensure monthly safety audits are completed across all branches
  • Validate completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation in IFS
  • Prepare monthly summary reports highlighting trends and success stories
  • Collaborate with branch managers during monthly safety meetings
  • Utilize IFS and Excel to extract and analyze data and create customized presentations
  • Serve as a standby/backup Safety Professional at the RPL site near Monroe, LA

Requirements

  • Proven experience with safety program auditing or quality control
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in IFS and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data sorting/filtering)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 25%
  • Must be physically located at a branch
  • Must submit to a pre-employment fit for duty and drug screen evaluation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Professional in large construction or heavy industry
  • Must hold one of the following: CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, IOSH member, STS-C, or a Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field
  • OSHA 30-Hour Outreach for Construction
