Safety Analyst

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, research, and analyze customer requests and safety-related information
• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to ensure database accuracy
• Analyze data trends using statistical techniques and prepare reports and recommendations
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective action recommendations
• Conduct job site audits and inspections to identify and correct safety hazards
• Partner with external agencies including OSHA and regulatory entities
• Assist with the development and implementation of safety training programs
• Monitor reported incidents to ensure timely documentation and resolution
• Partner with Risk Management to maintain facility safety programs and OSHA compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, safety, or compliance role preferred
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
