Safety Advisor (EHS Manager)

Responsibilities

• Establish general project EHS strategy and plans for project service
• Set up project EHS goals, management systems, and procedures
• Implement zero-harm concepts and zero-incident strategies
• Develop work instructions and risk assessments including preventive measures
• Monitor training availability and adherence to language requirements
• Organize, collect, and report observations of near misses, accidents, and incidents
• Manage construction site EHS under supervision of project managers and clients
• Enforce applicable health and safety regulations on construction sites

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial, office building, or new build projects
• Knowledge of EHS performance evaluation metrics and principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Strategic orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English communication and written capability
• EHS Certificate is required
