Safety Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day safety administration support across site
• Manage safety documentation, data entry, scanning, filing, and record keeping
• Support site inductions, including preparation, data entry, and competency tracking
• Assist with monthly safety reporting, KPI tracking, and system updates
• Maintain training records, plant and equipment registers, and SDS documentation
• Support internal and external safety audits and reporting requirements
• Assist with the coordination of safety training and site meetings
• Provide guidance to project teams on company safety systems and processes
• Support injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work administration

Requirements

• 3+ years of administrative experience within civil construction or a related industry
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Current driver's licence and access to own transport
• Right to work in Australia
