Safer Recruitment & Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide a proactive and professional HR administration service across the full employee lifecycle
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff records to ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements
• Maintain the Single Central Register (SCR) with high accuracy
• Support payroll processes and manage sensitive employee data
• Collaborate closely with school leaders, HR teams, and wider stakeholders
• Take ownership of HR systems and processes to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR administration
• Strong knowledge of safer recruitment practices and safeguarding regulations
• Experience managing a Single Central Register (SCR)
• Excellent data management skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work across multiple sites (Regent’s Park and Hampstead)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the education sector
