About the role
Responsibilities
- Check incoming credit notes for warranty/goodwill regarding correctness, price, quantity, and items
- Forward incoming credit notes (Opera documents) to workshops for review
- Book incoming warranty/goodwill credit notes
- Create customer credit notes for goodwill cases in coordination with workshops
- Verify EDI documents by comparing them with manufacturer portals
- Handle service partner processing
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience with SAP
- Independent working style
- Analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, and flexibility
