Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst/Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order processing cycle, including inquiries, quotes, orders, confirmations, and invoicing
• Provide dedicated support to C-customers and coordinate with Key Account Managers for larger accounts
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers from initial inquiry through to payment receipt
• Coordinate closely with production, quality assurance, logistics, and sales preparation to ensure smooth delivery
• Handle customer complaints and assist with technical clarifications and specifications within the sales process
• Support the execution of various customer projects

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in sales administration, ideally within an industrial environment
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate technical details clearly
• A customer-oriented, proactive, and structured way of working
• Knowledge of Spanish or Italian is highly preferred
