Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize measurement programs and strategies based on design specifications and ISO/ASME standards
• Support production-related and final quality assurance processes
• Translate maintenance requirements into actionable work documentation and maintain these records
• Qualitatively evaluate repair processes and provide technical advice to production areas
• Train and further educate employees in the field of quality assurance and component measurement
• Analyze and optimize product and process quality
• Perform error diagnosis and implement measures for sustainable problem resolution

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training
• Advanced technical qualification (e.g., Technician, Master Craftsman, or IHK Business Administrator)
• Professional experience in quality assurance and component measurement
• Strong knowledge of measurement technology, specifically coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
• Proficiency in Zeiss software programming (AUKOM and Calypso certificates are a plus)
• Good command of the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of aviation legislation
• Experience with Shop Replaceable Unit (SRU) processing and maintenance systems
• Familiarity with aviation materials and their processing techniques
