Sachbearbeiter Stock Control

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining warehouse stocks in the WMS system
• Performing and controlling stock bookings and clarifying discrepancies
• Supporting inventories and ensuring high stock accuracy
• Handling batch issues and coordinating with QM, goods receipt, and warehouse departments
• Organizing and tracking disposals and blocked stock
• Analyzing and processing system-side and physical stock deviations
• Collaborating closely with warehouse colleagues and WMS key users
• Supporting the optimization of warehouse and stock processes
• Contributing to the reduction of stockouts, clarification cases, and correction bookings

Requirements

• Completed commercial or logistical vocational training or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in warehouse, logistics, stock management, or inventory
• High affinity for working with WMS systems
• Very accurate, structured, and reliable way of working
• Understanding of warehouse processes and stock bookings
• Willingness to work shifts, ideally focusing on late shifts
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to support operational tasks on the floor
• Proficient in MS Office 365, especially Excel
• Good German skills (written and spoken), English skills desirable
