Sachbearbeiter Steuern/Zölle

Responsibilities

• Support administrative activities related to the production and sale of special fuels (F1, R&D, and special fuels).
• Control and archive incoming and purchase documents.
• Perform entries and transfers in the Sample Manager system.
• Record delivery documents and quality samples via the goods management system.
• Document and control tax proofs for fuel blends.
• Act as a point of contact for finance, CO2 audits, customs audits, and energy tax audits.
• Collaborate closely with laboratory, logistics, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Support internal HSE and compliance requirements.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects and CO2 accounting preparation.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung).
• Several years of experience in finance or administration, ideally related to energy taxes, customs, or CO2 regulations.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP (e.g., SERP) and MS Office.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with goods management systems and databases.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience with the EMCS system or fuel handling processes is a plus.
