Sachbearbeiter operativer Einkauf

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal product availability through daily inventory and demand analysis
• Manage stock range to secure high service levels
• Trigger, monitor, and track orders along defined supply chains
• Coordinate delivery dates and quantities with suppliers and internal departments
• Analyze trends, forecasts, and deviations for demand-oriented disposition
• Create reports, KPI evaluations, and planned demand forecasts
• Participate in process improvements and projects within order and inventory management

Requirements

• Business administration training and/or professional experience in operational purchasing
• Ideally initial experience in disposition, inventory management, order management, or supply chain
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning tools is an advantage
• French language skills (minimum B1) in speaking and writing are desirable
• Analytical, proactive, and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
