Sachbearbeiter Leitstand

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and monitor administrative tasks in the control center and goods receipt inspection
• Control system-supported picking processes and goods receipt
• Execute tasks in goods receipt and picking areas as required
• Control and monitor block releases
• Statistically record goods receipt inspections
• Report deviations and communicate with customers regarding blocks and releases
• Support employees with problems in the picking and goods receipt areas
• Process orders, collection slips, and blocking documents
• Monitor SAL / MHD (shelf life/expiry dates)
• Perform administrative work according to general instructions from warehouse management

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics, wholesale, or equivalent long-term experience in operational warehouse areas
• Professional experience in logistics, preferably in a comparable position
• Knowledge of warehouse management or ERP systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Flexibility and team-oriented approach
• Diligence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays
