Sachbearbeiter Interne Dienste & Validierung

Responsibilities

• Manage document archiving, including scanning, OCR processing, and structured filing
• Handle incoming mail, internal emails, and returned correspondence
• Oversee logistics and inventory, including goods receipt, inspection, distribution, and packaging
• Maintain and research master data within the inventory management system
• Review incoming prescription documents and ensure accurate data entry
• Manage ordering processes for consumables and document goods receipts
• Support process optimization and professional complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, medical assistant qualification, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in customer service or a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with inventory management systems is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• English proficiency is preferred
• Strong service orientation, flexibility, and ability to work closely within a team
• Experience with health insurance companies or the medical sector is an advantage
