Responsibilities

• Recording, checking, and posting incoming invoices and credit notes with order references
• Clarifying invoice audit differences with purchasing and goods receipt departments
• Processing supplier reminders
• Preparing and executing payment runs
• Cost accounting and posting of overhead invoices
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Posting incoming payments and preparing LSV direct debits
• Managing dunning processes and debt collection in accounts receivable
• Managing email inboxes

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training with further training as an accounting clerk
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable accounting
• Good general knowledge of accounting
• Structured, careful, and independent way of working
• High sense of responsibility
• Open, team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation and affinity for numbers
