About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily administrative processes including incoming mail, ticket system monitoring, and digital accounting mailboxes
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Assist with statistical reports (ZM / UStVA), tax topics (VAT, corporate tax, trade tax), and profitability/variance analyses
- Contribute to the development of an internal audit system
- Ensure smooth monthly closing processes in collaboration with finance teams in Germany and the Netherlands
- Act as a contact person for finance-related topics for stores in Germany and Austria
- Support operative financial processes and the development of the finance organization in cooperation with national and international teams
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax assistant (Steuerfachgehilfe) or a comparable commercial profession
- Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in finance
- Structured and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German language skills
- Proficient in MS Office
