About the role
Responsibilities
- Check and book incoming spare part shipments for factual and quantitative accuracy
- Process repair returns and manage the spare parts lifecycle
- Handle spare part orders via telephone
- Manage complaints, warranty claims, and goodwill requests
- Process third-party invoices and credit notes
- Perform general administrative tasks within the technical service department
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- General technical understanding
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of dental equipment technology is a plus
