About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide service-oriented and commercial customer support regarding spare parts and repairs in German and English
  • Manage and follow up on repair and spare part orders
  • Create and verify cost estimates for incoming repairs across an extensive product range
  • Provide general administrative support to the Customer Contact Center

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in telephone-based customer service is ideal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP
