About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide service-oriented and commercial customer support regarding spare parts and repairs in German and English
- Manage and follow up on repair and spare part orders
- Create and verify cost estimates for incoming repairs across an extensive product range
- Provide general administrative support to the Customer Contact Center
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in telephone-based customer service is ideal
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Experience with MS Office and SAP
