Responsibilities

• Handle order processing including receiving and passing on customer orders
• Manage the incorrect item process to ensure punctual and complete delivery for gastronomy customers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure complete order picking
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards such as HACCP

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or logistics (e.g., Retail Salesperson, Wholesale Merchant, Warehouse Logistics Specialist)
• Experience in various product areas
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and on Saturdays
