Sachbearbeiter - Auftragssteuerung mechanische Fertigung

Responsibilities

• Manage production order workflows to ensure required delivery dates are met
• Monitor available capacities and resources for mechanical manufacturing
• Analyze workstation capacities and initiate measures for load redistribution or relief
• Schedule and release manufacturing orders into production
• Communicate with all relevant departments to ensure optimal throughput and minimize delays
• Create data evaluations and reports
• Participate in process optimization and the implementation of new control systems

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in order control and production processes
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and order fulfillment chains
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically the PP (Production Planning) module
• Good command of the English language
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to work independently with a structured and flexible approach
• Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills
