Sachbearbeiter

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare presentations, protocols, and evaluations
• Organize and prepare meetings, including occupational medical services and safety committee sessions
• Generate accident reports using internal Airbus tools
• Document workplace accident investigations and accident prevention measures
• Update safety notices and postings across all Airbus Logistik GmbH locations
• Support safety specialists with the creation of "how-to" guides and occasional safety walks
• Coordinate the replenishment process for first-aid kits and emergency sets
• Assist with audits and track the timely implementation of environmental audit findings

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung)
• Experience in the field of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Strong skills in creating evaluations and presentations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a structured manner
• Fluent German (written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage
• Willingness to undergo further training to become a Safety Officer (Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r)
