Responsibilities

• Independent processing of customer calls, goods disposition, and logistics ordering for bulk compound feed
• Acting as an interface between trade and logistics
• Planning and organizing goods flows
• Supporting purchasing in the optimization of goods flows
• Checking and posting incoming invoices and credit notes, and creating customer invoices
• Handling complaints

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., wholesale/foreign trade, industrial clerk, or European clerk)
• High quality of work and accuracy
• Ability to analyze customer needs and market conditions
• Customer-oriented and success-oriented way of working
• Proficiency in SAP and common MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of grain and animal feed trade is an advantage
