SaaS Security Posture Mgmt Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) platforms across enterprise environments.
• Assess and monitor security configurations for SaaS applications including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and various collaboration tools.
• Identify misconfigurations, excessive permissions, inactive accounts, and compliance gaps within SaaS environments.
• Integrate SSPM solutions with IAM, CASB, and cloud security platforms.
• Track, manage, and report security findings identified through continuous monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with application owners, cloud teams, and IAM teams for risk remediation and closure.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts for proactive security posture monitoring.
• Automate security checks and reporting using scripting tools.
• Assist in incident investigations related to SaaS applications and identity compromise.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or SaaS security.
• Hands-on experience with SSPM or CASB platforms (e.g., Adaptive Shield).
• Strong understanding of SaaS application security and identity security concepts.
• Experience with IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant cloud and security certifications (e.g., Security+).
• Experience with API integrations and automation workflows.
• Exposure to CIEM, CSPM, or Zero Trust security models.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and security automation practices.
• Exposure to AI/LLM security governance in SaaS ecosystems.
