EviSmart is the leading dental Autopilot system operating across 28 countries in a $40B healthcare industry. The Manila team serves as the global delivery engine, housing operations, AI, product, and engineering teams that build and ship proprietary AI models.
Responsibilities
- Manage every inbound lab lead entering the pipeline as the first point of contact
- Identify prospect archetypes (Builder, Craftsman, or Operator) and document them in HubSpot
- Capture verbatim pain points from prospects to ensure high-quality handoffs to Account Executives
- Execute the meeting booking motion to move qualified prospects to AE calls
- Maintain strict disqualification discipline to protect AE time
- Ensure complete CRM documentation for every call, including software stacks and decision makers
Requirements
- 2–5 years of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS, technology, B2B services, or healthcare tech
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot for lead management and calendar booking
- Near-native English fluency (spoken and written)
- Proven qualification discipline and ability to conduct efficient discovery calls
- Availability to work night shifts (US/CAN hours) from Manila
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in dental, medical software, or healthcare BPO
