Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound follow-up, and referral opportunities
- Run discovery to deeply understand a prospect’s operational and revenue goals
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations
- Accurately forecast and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion
- Maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to improving sales processes
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in B2B or SaaS closing roles
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
- Confidence leading demos and executive-level conversations
- Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-driven culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to real estate professionals or brokerages
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
