SaaS Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound follow-up, and referral opportunities
• Run discovery to deeply understand a prospect’s operational and revenue goals
• Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations
• Accurately forecast and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion
• Maintain CRM hygiene and contribute to improving sales processes

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in B2B or SaaS closing roles
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
• Confidence leading demos and executive-level conversations
• Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-driven culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to real estate professionals or brokerages
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
