SaaS Onboarding Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement CRD systems for new client onboarding projects
• Design complex job schedules for client BOD/EOD batch business operations
• Oversee issue resolution and provide technical support during the onboarding phase
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to management when necessary
• Monitor client open issue lists to ensure timely and accurate progress
• Set up connectivity to third-party vendors such as Bloomberg, Omgeo, and Cassini
• Improve existing processes and documentation through identification of inefficiencies
• Coordinate with service partners and provide occasional off-hours support for client go-lives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience managing and supporting mission-critical production software applications
• Experience working in high-growth, mission-critical financial software operations
• Hands-on capability with RDBMS, including writing queries and performing data investigations
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Windows Batch
• Working knowledge of complex job automation technologies and job scheduling
• Experience managing and installing production software in a SaaS environment
• Mandatory understanding of IaaS cloud providers such as Azure or AWS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Charles River IMS or other Trade Order Management software
• Familiarity with middle or back-office trading applications and financial software
• Knowledge of servers, basic networking, and server operating systems
• Experience with databases, system monitoring software, and high availability systems
• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and FIX protocols
