SaaS Onboarding Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficiency, availability, and configuration of the Charles River SaaS platform.
• Build tools to start, stop, configure, and monitor Charles River engines and processes.
• Implement and customize industry-standard DevOps policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain automated scripts for building, configuring, deploying, and testing applications.
• Support client onboarding by installing, configuring, and testing systems to meet technical and business requirements.
• Triage and analyze technical issues, including performance and connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to smoothly transition new clients to production operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven experience managing and installing mission-critical production software in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with SQL and MS SQL Server is mandatory.
• Mandatory understanding of IaaS cloud providers such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with DevOps technologies and complex job automation.
• Ability to provide periodic off-hours support for client go-live activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scripting skills in Python, Perl, or PowerShell.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, RunDeck, Puppet, or Chef.
• Previous experience with Charles River IMS or other securities trading software.
• Knowledge of web technologies, server operating systems, networking, or FIX.
• Experience with high availability systems, disaster recovery, and system monitoring software.
