SaaS Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding and implementation process, including setup and configuration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to build and maintain strong long-term relationships.
• Support clients during data migration, integrations, and initial platform adoption.
• Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the product experience.
• Assist clients in understanding business requirements and suggesting tailored CRM solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Support, or SaaS Customer Operations.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in customer onboarding and implementation.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, customer engagement strategies, and SaaS workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Proven ability to manage platform configuration, data migration, and user adoption initiatives.
• A proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SaaS, CRM, Customer Engagement, or B2B technology companies.
• Experience managing end-to-end onboarding journeys from setup to go-live.
