About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and vendors
  • Develop strategic alliances with government entities and professional networks
  • Collaborate with partners on account mapping and joint sales strategies
  • Act as the primary link between enterprise sales teams and channel partners
  • Deliver training, tools, and support for partner enablement
  • Define and monitor partner KPIs and performance
  • Analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Lead partnership negotiations and ensure contract compliance
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic insights to leadership
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales or partnership management
  • Background in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or the technology sector
  • Proven ability to build and sustain professional business relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
