Through our AI-powered platform Enpal.One+, we provide integrated solutions for decentralized energy, including solar systems, battery storage, wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps.
Responsibilities
- Actively drive growth by acquiring solar and heat pump installers across Germany as partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and smooth onboarding
- Identify and qualify new cooperation partners in the PV and heat pump industries
- Contact decision-makers via telephone, email, or LinkedIn
- Pitch our sales financing platform to installers and address initial inquiries
- Build and independently manage an active sales pipeline
- Update and manage all sales activities, leads, and customer information in Pipedrive CRM
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (e.g., Account Executive, Partner Sales, Key Account, or BD)
- Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Ability to guide people clearly through processes
- High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
