S/4HANA Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate S/4HANA ERP implementation workstreams, specifically focusing on Testing, Data Validation, and Training.
• Manage end-to-end Business Readiness and User Acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, including defect tracking and resolution.
• Oversee data load and validation activities in coordination with GBS SMEs and local Finance leads.
• Manage training program execution, such as Train-the-Trainer models, to ensure user adoption and readiness.
• Produce project management deliverables including charters, work plans, status reports, and transition plans.
• Manage and escalate project risks, issues, and decisions to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including Finance SMEs, country leads, and cross-functional enterprise teams (IT, HR, Supply Chain).
• Monitor key milestones and integrate project plans across the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of Project Management experience, ideally within a Big 4 consulting environment.
• Proven experience managing S/4HANA ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of GBS Finance processes and global coordination.
• Demonstrated success leading complex testing cycles and data migration efforts.
• Experience with Change Management and user enablement programs.
• Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or similar defect tracking tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Shared Service or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
• Background in enterprise-wide transformation programs.
