S2C Platform Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure sustainable and efficient operation of Source to Contract (S2C) processes and systems globally or regionally.
• Drive process efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction through continuous improvement of tools and interfaces.
• Provide 2nd level support and expert consultancy for process optimization and tool enhancements.
• Manage the implementation and roll-out of the Purchasing Suite solution, including fit-gap analysis and user training.
• Coordinate project activities, including testing for rollouts, upgrades, and error corrections.
• Maintain data quality in databases and manage S2C relevant content in global buyer guidebooks.
• Deliver training to different user groups and maintain the knowledge base system.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, IT, or relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT technical support, purchasing processes, or project management, preferably in an international company.
• Proven knowledge of purchasing tools such as SAP and Jaggaer modules.
• Strong project management and systematic troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English in both spoken and written form (minimum B2 European level).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work independently and drive execution under pressure.
