S-PREP Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of program sessions, including classes, special events, and other program-related activities
• Assist preceptors with classroom management and instructional activities, and lead classes in the instructor's absence
• Monitor student attendance and participation
• Grade quizzes, exams, and course assignments
• Provide input on student performance evaluations
• Support the execution of the workshop series
• Chaperone field trips, college tours, and conferences as needed
• Attend and support special events such as opening and closing ceremonies
• Complete administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Education or training in science or mathematics
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Availability during the 2026 Summer Program

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching or mentoring experience
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
