S&P Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and production capacity
• Perform production capacity analysis and make necessary adjustments to support customer demand
• Monitor and control inventory levels to drive reduction while maintaining reasonable stock
• Develop, review, and maintain planning data including lead times, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), and product capacity
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Track new product introduction (NPI) schedules and mature product phase-out plans
• Review safety stock and past-due order status in a timely manner
• Collect and analyze data for master scheduling performance reviews, including service levels and on-time production

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 3 years of experience in production/material planning, control, MRP, master scheduling, or capacity planning
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• Excellent computer skills and analytical abilities
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Strong leadership skills, sense of ownership, and ability to perform under pressure
• Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve capacity constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP or JDA systems
