S&OE & Performance Monitoring Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate inputs for S&OE forums, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting on campaign, category, and channel performance.
• Track excess inventory levels and manage reduction plans in line with business targets.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of actions and flag potential gaps or risks to delivery.
• Support forecasting by providing insights into demand, performance, and inventory positions.
• Act as a local data steward to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, performance analytics, or commercial analysis.
• Proven experience working with sales, performance, and inventory data.
• Exposure to S&OE, S&OP, or inventory/excess management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
