RWE Director

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end evidence generation, from strategy development and study planning to execution and publication, to optimize product access across all therapeutic areas.
• Establish RWD sources and analytic capabilities by partnering with internal stakeholders on Data Mart development and operation.
• Shape external discussions regarding RWD policy, methods, and processes, and lead technical discussions with payers and decision-makers.
• Provide technical input into economic models, evidence synthesis projects, and pricing/HTA readiness activities.
• Coach team members and oversee resource and people management for a specialized RWE team.
• Manage specified budgets to ensure expenditure aligns with Access & Value leadership agreements.
• Ensure all activities comply with corporate goals, policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Requirements

• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Statistics, Epidemiology, and Real-World Data (RWD).
• Proven experience in scientific publication.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Experience in general management, including budgeting, planning, and business processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to implement value messages in an evolving external environment.
