Requirements
- 5–10+ years in risk management, preferably in a Tier 1 bank or consulting firm (e.g., Big 4)
- Advanced degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Deep functional knowledge of the Basel framework (Basel II, Basel III/IV, Pillar 1, 2, and 3)
- Expertise in Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) using standardized and advanced approaches
- Understanding of PRA, CBUAE, and other regulations
- Proficient knowledge of Credit Risk capital calculation, SA-CCR, CVA, DVA, and the ICAAP process
- Must be an Indian Citizen or hold a valid work permit for India
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as FRM, CFA, or PRM
- Specific experience with Basel IV
