RVP Sales EMEA North

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy for EMEA North that aligns with global company objectives
• Lead and manage regional teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and regular performance evaluations
• Drive growth and profitability within the region by identifying new market opportunities and pursuing business development
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet revenue targets and ensure client success
• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements
• Act as the primary point of contact for EMEA North-related matters and provide strategic feedback to the executive team

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a regional leadership role
• Proven track record of driving significant growth and profitability
• Strong strategic planning, team management, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
