Responsibilities

• Lead with elite expectations for performance, preparation, and professionalism
• Create a culture of accountability and inspect results
• Own end-to-end recruiting for top-tier Account Executives
• Coach reps on live deals and develop core selling skills
• Run rigorous weekly 1:1s blending deal inspection and career growth
• Take full ownership of pipeline creation standards and coverage ratios
• Maintain high forecast integrity through data-driven judgment

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives
• 4+ years of experience in a new business quota-carrying sales position as an individual contributor
• Proven track record of overachievement against individual and team quotas
• Experience coaching underperforming reps to high achievement
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate behavior change
• Experience within performance, partner, or affiliate marketing is a plus
