RV Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on RV electrical (AC/DC), plumbing, water, propane, HVAC, and appliance systems
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections across the RV fleet to extend unit lifespan
• Respond quickly to service requests from residents or site management to minimize unit downtime
• Troubleshoot system failures and determine root causes to prevent recurring issues
• Maintain accurate records of repairs completed, parts used, and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with parts suppliers and service leadership to ensure timely repair completion
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company service guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and propane
• Personal set of technician tools
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Willingness to live on-site (housing provided and family is welcome)
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical tasks such as standing, stooping, and lifting 25–50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• RVTI certification
