RV Station Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish station operations, managing day-to-day activities on-site
• Implement standards for vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation
• Own the Service Quality Score (SQS) by monitoring fleet care and customer care
• Analyze performance data and trends to implement improvement strategies
• Motivate and guide the on-site team, including onboarding and task planning
• Manage workforce planning for both Core and Flex seasonal teams
• Oversee local vehicle fleet documentation, maintenance, and cleanliness
• Provide friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences for customers

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Business Administration preferred
• 3+ years of managerial experience in car rental, tourism, or hospitality
• Data-driven mindset with ability to read KPIs and trends
• Knowledge of OSHA, Microsoft Office, and wage & hour labor laws
• Experience leading and building high-performance teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be 21+ with a valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs
• Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
